WHY I DO THIS

I once weighed 300 pounds plus. Through years of commitment to fitness, nutrition, and changing my habits, I eventually reached 175 pounds. I had achieved something I once thought was out of reach, and fitness became a major part of who I was. But changing my body was only one part of the journey.

Even after losing the weight, I realized that I wasn't feeling the way I thought I would. My mental health was still low, and I had developed a complicated relationship with food and my body in an effort to maintain the weight I had worked so hard to lose. I became increasingly aware that I had learned how to control my body, but I hadn't necessarily learned how to find peace within myself.

That realization led me toward mindfulness and meditation. What started as another way of working on myself slowly became something much deeper. I began exploring ideas around awareness, oneness, non-duality, and the relationship between the mind and the self. These practices have helped me move toward greater balance, peace, and happiness. This is the journey I want to share, and there's much more to the story.
